Bridgeway Stays supplies the operational essentials required to keep properties fully stay-ready for temporary occupancy.

This includes linens, towels, toiletries, kitchen essentials and other day-to-day items required for guest stays and ongoing operation.

Properties should already include key furniture such as beds, sofas and wardrobes — we handle everything else required for guest readiness, presentation and day-to-day operational management.

This allows units to operate smoothly without requiring ongoing involvement from your sales or operational teams.

How are guests and damages managed?

We implement clear guest requirements and operational standards for every property, including occupancy limits, guest verification and property-specific rules agreed during onboarding.

Bookings made through major short-term letting platforms can also benefit from host protection and liability programmes, with some platforms currently offering protection of up to $3 million USD for certain guest-related damage claims and up to $1 million USD in liability-related cover, subject to their individual terms, conditions and eligibility requirements.

Alongside platform protections, Bridgeway Stays will maintain appropriate short-term letting and public liability insurance relevant to the operation of managed properties.

Guest communication, property standards and operational management are handled directly by us to help minimise risk and ensure properties remain professionally maintained throughout occupancy.

How quickly can properties go live?

Properties can typically be prepared and live within a few days of onboarding, depending on readiness, access and existing furnishing levels.

Once operational requirements have been agreed and the property is ready for guest use, Bridgeway Stays handles the preparation, setup and launch process required for temporary occupancy.

This includes supplying operational essentials, preparing the property for guest readiness and coordinating the setup required for short-term stays.

How does pricing work?

Bridgeway Stays operates on a revenue-share model, meaning there are no upfront setup or onboarding costs required to get started and we only earn when the property is generating income.

A 25% management fee is applied to booking revenue in return for the day-to-day operational management of the property, including guest communication, coordination, property setup, operational oversight and stay management.

Cleaning is charged separately per stay and fully managed throughout the process.

Many short-term occupancy providers charge additional onboarding, setup or operational fees on top of their management percentage, with costs often increasing further when supplying property essentials and operational items.

Bridgeway Stays is designed to be more operationally inclusive, with linens, toiletries, kitchen essentials and guest-ready setup incorporated into the overall management approach rather than treated as separate onboarding services.

This allows vacant furnished units to transition into temporary occupancy quickly while generating revenue during otherwise idle periods without requiring ongoing operational involvement from your team.

For larger developments or multi-unit setups, commercial structures can also be discussed based on operational requirements and scale.
